Flexin AI Privacy Notice

Flexin AI is an AI-powered photo creation app. This notice explains how the app handles information when you use it.
Photos and face data
After you explicitly agree to AI processing, a selected photo is uploaded only when you start a creation. It is used as the source image for the style you request. Flexin AI does not use photos to identify or authenticate you, and does not sell biometric information.
AI processing
With your explicit permission, selected photos, editing instructions and painted selection masks are processed by our AI infrastructure, including fal.ai. In the editing workspace, your account retains the source photo, instructions, selection masks and saved versions so you can compare results and continue a project. These project records and files are retained until you delete the project or your account. Temporary upload copies are removed after processing. Older creations may not have a retained original. Infrastructure providers may retain limited data for security, backup, fraud prevention, or legal obligations under their own policies. We require service providers handling user data to protect it consistently with this notice and applicable requirements.
Account, purchase, and technical data
Firebase stores an anonymous account identifier, creations, configuration, and operational events required to run the service. RevenueCat processes subscription and coin-balance information. Apple or Google processes store payments and related transaction records. We use this information to provide the app, protect it from abuse, and support purchases.
Your choices and deletion
Editing instructions, model choices and painted selections can be saved as local drafts on this device before submission. These drafts are not sent to the AI provider until you start a creation. Submitting an edit clears its draft; deleting the project or account through this device clears its associated local drafts. Local request identifiers also help recover interrupted submissions. Copies you explicitly export to Photos or share elsewhere are outside project storage and are not removed by project deletion.
You can withdraw AI processing consent in Settings. Flexin AI then locks and stops future photo or instruction uploads until you agree again. Withdrawal does not delete your existing account or creations. You can delete a project and its source, selections and saved versions from Library. Curate drafts are saved on the device and can also be opened from Library; Delete saved post removes that draft and source copies no other draft uses. It does not delete exported photos or a saved copy on another device. Active creation and refund operations must finish before cloud project deletion. Delete Account in Settings removes the Firebase account, its Firestore and Storage data, the linked RevenueCat customer profile, and the local pending-purchase record. Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. It can remain active; use Manage subscription in Settings if you want to change or stop future renewals. This action cannot be undone.
Advertising measurement
On Android and iOS, Flexin AI asks whether you allow optional Meta advertising measurement. If you allow it, install and app-session information, Meta SDK identifiers, the device advertising ID (the Android advertising ID, or the iOS identifier for advertisers) and device information are shared with Meta so we can measure our ads. On iOS, the app then shows Apple's tracking permission request; unless you allow tracking there too, the Meta SDK stays off and nothing is sent to Meta through this path. Photos, creations, instructions and purchase information are not sent through this path. Declining does not affect app features. You can change your choice under Advertising measurement in Settings, and on iOS you can also change the tracking permission in iOS Settings. Withdrawing stops new measurement, but data already passed to Meta may still be processed.
Security and updates
We use authenticated, user-scoped access controls and server-side operations for destructive actions. This notice may be updated as the service changes.
Contact
Curate photo analysis is optional and requires a separate confirmation before upload. Selected photos and your note are processed through fal.ai and OpenRouter using Google Gemini. Our server removes image metadata and limits image resolution before sending analysis images. Analysis upload copies are removed after processing. A scheduled retention sweep also targets upload copies older than 24 hours that were abandoned before processing; cleanup is not an exact-time guarantee and can be delayed by outages. Saved recommendations and payment reconciliation metadata remain associated with your account until account deletion. Local drafts and original photos remain on your device. Provider retention is governed by the providers' policies; we do not promise immediate deletion from their systems.
